I did not receive my confirmation email. What can I do?

Most of the time this happens because our customers have accidentally entered the wrong email address. You can request order cancellation not later than 2 hours after submitting your order. And in this case, you will be charged 18.70$.

After this time, our system processes it, and you have to wait until you receive the order and send it back unopened. Once we receive the package and check that it is unopened, and not used, then you will get a refund within 24 hours.

What can I do if my package gets lost?
